Gender Pay Gap Report
Aggregate Industries' median gender pay gap is 15.2% which is lower than the UK average of 17.4% (based on the Office for National Statistics estimated data for 2017). The pay quartiles data indicates that the difference in average pay is due to more men than women working in our senior, higher paid roles.

With over 330 sites and more than 4100 dedicated employees, we’re home to everything from aggregates, asphalt, ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete products. On top of that, we produce, import and export supply materials for cement and offer national road surfacing and contracting services.
